Madara Deep Balance Toner (Mild Floral Toner) helps skin absorb moisture more effectively and prepare for deep hydration. This organic toner balances oily and dry areas of the face, tightens pores and regulates pH level of the skin. Prepares skin for better absorbtion of moisturiser. With Baltic raspberry, plantain, cucumber, chamomile, rose water. For normal to combination skin. After cleansing your face wet a cotton ball with toner, sweep over face and neck.
