Delivery and Returns
United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland - For
mainland UK and the Republic of Ireland we deliver 5 days a week - Monday to
Friday. For orders placed between 12 noon on a Thursday and midnight Sunday (or
UK bank holiday if applicable), we aim to deliver within a maximum of 4 working
days. Please note a signature may be required for parcels.

Express Delivery is free for orders over
£100.00 GBP UK Mainland only
We aim to dispatch on the same day, however
please allow 2-4 working days for your parcel to arrive.
Regarding goods ordered by
first class post within the UK. Please note
that Royal Mail 1st class is not a guaranteed next day service.
We have had goods show up as long as 4 weeks after we sent them in good faith
by 1st class or 2nd class mail. This is unusual, but it can and does happen. So if your
order is urgent please select Next Working Day Delivery as we will not re-send
missing items sent by 1st class mail for a minimum of two weeks from the date
that we sent them, as they are not deemed lost or stolen by Royal mail until
this point. We take a proof of posting with every parcel dispatched, we are
happy to provide you with a copy of this upon request.
For ordinary UK mail, if your
order genuinely gets lost in the post, we will replace the order after a
minimum of two weeks from the
date it was sent. All we then ask is that: -
i) You have the integrity to
let us know if it shows up later. You can then either arrange payment or
arrange to send the goods back to us (we will refund your shipping costs).
ii) That if the Royal Mail write to you in respect of any claim that we make,
that you reply confirming that our claim is genuine and not simply ignore their
letter, as some customers have done in the past.
*Please note if there have been
any postal strikes during the delay period, we reserve the right to ask
customers to wait a little longer for their goods to arrive. The same applies over bank
holiday periods.
Limitation
Any claims for non delivered
items must be made within 4 weeks of dispatch for us to consider a replacement
or refund (UK) and 8 weeks (non UK).
We guarantee next day deliveries for order
placed before 3pm on the previous working day. We are unable to guarantee next
day delivery during some bank holidays. It is advisable to check with us prior
to ordering.
Please allow longer for deliveries to the
Republic of Ireland.
Delivery Address Options
we will be unable to change from a residential delivery address to a business
delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

Returns
The Organic Skin Store Ltd have
carefully selected all of the brands we sell and hope that you will love them
as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, we would be happy to offer a refund, exchange or offer a
replacement on all goods provided that they are in their original, unopened and
unused condition and returned within fourteen days of your receipt of the
goods. Please note we offer exchange only for goods that are on sale, not a monetary
refund. Where goods are damaged, perhaps in transit, or appear in
unsatisfactory condition we require you to keep the product, and return it back
to us, as it was received. Once received we will then offer a full refund, or
exchange, including your return postage costs.
Without exception, we will not accept returns
on open or used items, unless the item is faulty or damaged. Products on
special offer or explicitly noted as non-returnable cannot be returned. For
your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery or proof of
postage service to return items. Proof of postage can be taken with all first
& 2nd class parcels, at no extra cost.
Our products are free of the most common
allergens such as artificial colour and fragrance. However some people may find
they are sensitive to essential oils and any substance, natural or chemical, is
capable of triggering sensitivities. For your protection we always list the
complete ingredient listings next to the products we stock, so if you know you
are sensitive to certain ingredients you can check whether or not they are in
the product. For some products you can order free samples from our website, or
trial sizes so you can perform a patch test. However we regret that we are not
able to offer a refund, credit or exchange if, after using a product, you find
you are sensitive to it or it is unsuitable for your needs.
Your rights to return goods are protected
under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
To return goods please follow the following
steps:

You will be required to provide full details of your order and details of the
goods you wish to return.
* Please return your goods by first class post and send to the following
